Yes, I wrapped strawberries with bacon, roasted them & dipped them in a (dairy free) dark chocolate ganache. I’M NOT SORRY.

Here is how I turn leftover vegetable scraps which might otherwise go to waste into vegetable stock.
Photography practice. Ever tried shooting liquids in super reflective glass jars? Yoinks. This is all natural light, no editing, but look at the difference! Perspective is key!
These are vegetable stocks, I wanted you guys to see how much the colors could vary.
